Shaped base with shell and scalloped pink and blue decoration, twisted stem rising to three hand painted figural cherubs supporting conndection to four socle light, one center light and three S scroll arms supporting candleholders, flower petal surrounds for each light, three hand painted cartouches on each stem with birds and gilt highlights.
