THey are: man carrying a purse (marked China on the underside); old man carrying a staff (cast material, perhaps plaster?); woman in a robe (marked China). Sizes: 4", 4", 5 1/2" h. respectively. Condition: no defects to the first one; many chips and paint loss to the perhaps plaster one; slight fleabite to the woman's robe. |

THREE STANDING MUDMEN. 20th c. Glazed earthenware for two and one is painted plaster. The earthenware ones are marked China. THey show a yellow robed man holding a green fan; a celadon robed old man holding a purse or small basket (believed to be c. 1900-Ch'ing Dynasty); and the third, plaster one is a Shou Lou type figure. Sizes: 3 5/8" , 4", 4 1/2" h. respectively. Condition: the fan man has a broken fan; the purse man has damage to the nape of his neck; various chips to the plaster one. |

Condition: the tallest figure has chipped off fingers and thumb, chip to the hat and brim; the smallest figure has a large chip missing from the hat brim; no defects seen on the seated figure. |
