5053 NATIVE AMERICAN CLAY POT. N/R. Several hundred years old. Natchez, Mississippi Tribe. Globular form with a narrow neck and decorated on all sides with three incised spiraling lines. Approximately 5 1/2" (14.0cm) h., 8" (20.3cm) dia. Condition: n eck broken off and missing, aged, else good. Estimate: $400-800.  Sept. 16, 2001. Price $275.00.

5296 HAND-WOVEN NAVAJO RUG. 20th cent. A hand-woven and vegetable dyed American Indian (Navajo) rug. Made of 100% virgin wool on a primitive loom by Irene James in Arizona. 28" ( 71.1 cm) w., 37" ( 93.9 cm.) l. Condition: Never used, excellent condit ion. Has original label of authenticity attached. Estimate: $125-250.  Sept. 16, 2001. Price $200.00.

NATIVE AMERICAN SILVER AND TURQUOISE 5269 NATIVE AMERICAN SILVER AND TURQUOISE
5269 NATIVE AMERICAN SILVER AND TURQUOISE NECKLACE. N/R. Features three medallions of turquoise and silver embellished with silver scrolls, leaf and flower shapes. The medallions are fastened to a double strand of fluted hollow beads that taper to a single strand. The polished turquoise is a pale robin's egg blue with small pebble-like striations and dark mineral inclusions. Not signed. Approx. 18 1/2" (46.99cm) l. Each medallion measures approx. 2 1/4" x 1 7/8" (5.72 x 4.76cm). Condition: Patin a/tarnish to surface of metal. Some beads are misshapen but this is attributed to the handcrafted nature of the piece. Light scratches. All else is good. Estimate: $100-200. Sept. 16, 2001.  Price $200.00.

NATIVE AMERICAN STERLING AND TURQUOISE 5104 NATIVE AMERICAN STERLING AND TURQUOISE
5104 NATIVE AMERICAN STERLING AND TURQUOISE CUFF BRACELET. N/R. Slightly tapered design features the center set with cabochon turquoise stones (approx. 17) with interspersed silver beading. Twisted wire and engraved outer border. On either side of th e cuff there are relief fan-shaped designs. Inside of cuff is stamped, "RB" and "Sterling". Approx. 1.75 t.w. Inside of cuff measures approx. 2 1/2" (6.35cm) l. Opening is approx. 1 3/8" (3.49cm) wide. Condition: Some scratches to surfaces of metal. Light tarnish/oxidation. The "fan" design on one side is slightly pushed in and also has a pinhead-sized dent. Three small dents to "fan" on opposite side. All else is good. Estimate: $40-80.  Sept. 16, 2001. Price $90.00.

5055 NATIVE AMERICAN CLAY BOTTLE. N/R. Arkansas. Several Hundred years old. Globular form with a slightly flaring 4" neck. Approximately 10" (25.4cm) h., 7" (17.8cm) dia. Condition: 3/4" chip on rim, 1" hole within a larger "crater", other rough spot s, else good. Estimate: $200-400. Sept. 16, 2001.  Price. $100.00.
