TELECHRON ART DECO MANTLE CLOCK Telechron art deco electric mantle clock on a chrome plated scrolled metal base. This pattern was introduced in 1936 and made until 1940. The dial is gold tone with and engine turned pattern like cloisonne and goldtone hands. Glass domed crystal face. Roman numeral in sunken black enamel around the gold tone bezel ring. Behind the face is a 6" diam offset circle of glass backed by a silver blue mirror, giving off a cosmic sheen. The base is 7 1/2"x2 1/4" band of chrome with scrolled feet.
